Reception Hours

Reception is open from 8am to 7pm daily. Please note these hours may change based on hotel occupancy. After hours, our evening staff is available by dialing 9 from your room phone, or by using the emergency phone located outside of reception.

Swimming Pools

Our family and children’s swimming pools are located in the centre of the hotel, and are open from 8am to 9pm daily. The adults only swimming pool is located to the front of the hotel. Please note these pools are unsupervised, and children require constant supervision whilst swimming or in the pool area. Please note that BYO is not permitted in any public areas of the resort. No glassware is permitted inside pool gates.

Tennis

Rackets and balls are available at reception to borrow at no fee. The court must be booked. All bookings are made for 1 hour.

Drinks and Snacks

There is mini bar available through our room service offering, scan the QR code in your room for the menu and pricing.
